Ability to work closely with the Assistant Club Manager of Merchandise
Must complete yearly certification for a forklift license (BJ’s covers applicable costs and training)
At least 18 years old for 401(k) eligibility

Responsibilities
Ensure merchandise is properly stocked and available for sale
Maintain presentation standards
Deliver a positive member experience
Oversee the nightly execution and performance of merchandise department tasks
Direct the work of the overnight team (no direct supervisory responsibilities)
Coach, teach, and develop all overnight team members to ensure Grand Opening Look Daily (GOLD) standards
Teach, develop, and motivate team members for successful execution of club merchandising
Ensure merchandise is available for sale in proper quantities throughout the club
Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) for the club as needed, taking full responsibility for club operations, team leadership, and Member engagement during assigned shifts
Create a safe and collaborative environment
Consistently deliver GOLD Standards in the club
Complete tasks efficiently and accurately to support performance and profitability
