At least 1 year of working experience in the related field
Preferably specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent
Strong analytical, negotiation and presentation skills
Great organizational & interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

Coordinating and conducting site inspections for clients
Working with the Market Analyst group on submittals for clients, including project briefs, case studies, technical and financial due diligence analysis and reports
Preparing and conducting pitches / presentations
Working on documentation related to transaction management, such as building options lists, requests for proposal, letters of intent, etc
Negotiating terms and contracts on behalf of clients
Working with the Client Engagement Coordinator on providing clients post-sales support
Helping mount and attend various client engagement activities
Conducting client farming activities, including cold calling, saturation exercises, and seeking other legal means to generate clients
