Requirements

  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field
  • Preferably specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent
  • Strong analytical, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Great organizational & interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating and conducting site inspections for clients
  • Working with the Market Analyst group on submittals for clients, including project briefs, case studies, technical and financial due diligence analysis and reports
  • Preparing and conducting pitches / presentations
  • Working on documentation related to transaction management, such as building options lists, requests for proposal, letters of intent, etc
  • Negotiating terms and contracts on behalf of clients
  • Working with the Client Engagement Coordinator on providing clients post-sales support
  • Helping mount and attend various client engagement activities
  • Conducting client farming activities, including cold calling, saturation exercises, and seeking other legal means to generate clients
