As an Assistant Manager at AT&T, you will oversee all aspects of store operations, including assisting with merchandising and product launches, ensuring customers receive an extraordinary experience with AT&T’s products and services, coaching a team of retail sales consultants to meet sales and service goals, and partnering with a store manager to meet and exceed sales objectives. You will also utilize professional expertise to solve problems and analyze issues, take initiative and strive to create results, and collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.
