Requirements

Candidates must be located in Boston, MA, Connecticut, Oregon, Washington or Boise, ID, and should have a minimum of 8 years’ experience in indirect sales models and Channel. Strong technical knowledge of VoIP, POTS, SIP, MS Teams, and Internet Connectivity is required, along with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM (Salesforce strongly preferred) is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Senior Channel Account Manager will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, managing, and inspiring channel partners to market and sell Ooma’s VoIP services. This includes collaborating with marketing to drive campaigns, identifying and onboarding new partners, working in a co-sales model with Account Executives, participating in joint sales calls, accurately forecasting sales revenues, and providing partner and customer feedback to improve Ooma’s offerings and internal operations.
