Responsibilities

Help ensure smooth and efficient operational procedures within all departments to provide the highest level of customer service
Train and supervise Front Desk, Housekeeping, and M.O.D. managers
Assist the General Manager in facilitating delegated projects and responsibilities
Manage multiple aspects of inventory control, payroll budget, daily bank deposits, shift coverage, and general club maintenance
Educate staff on proper company policies and procedures
