Requirements

  • Formation Bac+2 / Bac+3 en HSE (BTS, BUT, Licence pro) avec une alternance, ou une expérience significative (2 à 5 ans) en HSE, idéalement en milieu industriel ou logistique
  • Intérêt pour les environnements logistiques et de distribution, et une bonne compréhension de leurs enjeux sécurité
  • Maîtrise des fondamentaux : analyse de risques, DUERP, analyse d’accidents, plan d’action
  • Bonne connaissance de la réglementation Santé & Sécurité au travail
  • Maîtrise d’Excel et PowerPoint
  • Niveau d’anglais B1
  • Curieux·se, à l’aise pour proposer des idées et améliorer l’existant
  • Rigoureux·se et attentif·ve aux détails
  • Capable d’écouter, d’ajuster vos actions et de vous affirmer lorsque nécessaire

Responsibilities

  • Mettre à jour le DUERP et les fiches de risques par poste
  • Créer et suivre des indicateurs HSE précis (accidents, presqu’accidents, premiers soins)
  • Déclarer les incidents/accidents HSE dans notre outil AIMS et suivre les analyses d’accidents
  • Mettre à jour le PAPRIPACT et assurer le suivi des plans d’action
  • Participer aux audits et inspections, rédiger les comptes rendus et proposer les actions prioritaires
  • Préparer les plans de prévention pour les intervenants extérieurs
  • Aller régulièrement au contact des équipes pour relayer les bonnes pratiques
  • Animer des actions de sensibilisation : affichage, “minutes sécurité”, supports visuels, quiz
  • Contribuer à l’analyse des situations à risque et proposer des solutions concrètes
  • Travailler avec la production, la maintenance et les managers pour ancrer les réflexes sécurité
