Responsibilities

  • Recruit alternative investment/financial services firms as talent partners
  • Manage relationships with new and existing talent partners to source and promote their opportunities
  • Cultivate relationships with firms and organizations to provide professional development opportunities to SEO alumni
  • Manage all Leadership Institute projects to ensure that program deliverables are on-time and on-goal and meet the expectations of funders
  • Cultivate database of experienced SEO alumni for available opportunities through relationship building
  • Provide support and advice to experienced professionals seeking their next role in their careers
  • Identify and develop training opportunities for job seekers
  • Match qualified talent to opportunities
  • Support the development of presentations, webinars, program materials, and assist with tracking of responses to surveys and other constituent inquiries
  • Promote open opportunities using direct marketing platforms, email campaigns, text, phone calls
  • Develop professional development opportunities for candidates, including workshops, mock interviews and skills training
  • Plan and execute events and activities to support partners and alumni
  • Leverage Monday.com and other project management tools to track partners and candidates
  • Create goals and KPIs to evaluate processes and draw insights to inform recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Provide onsite support during various Leadership Institute events (sometimes outside of regular business hours)
  • Provide ad-hoc support to the Director of Leadership Institute and team members as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned
