Requirements

5+ years of experience in handling contract review and regulatory compliance concerning data privacy, consumer protection, marketing, and advertising in an in-house environment
Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Legal Studies (Holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in other disciplines with solid experience in contracting review and drafting will also be considered)
Well-organized, analytical-minded, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working independently with the ability to plan, organize and prioritize tasks
Strong legal research, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Traditional & Simplified Chinese
Immediate availability is preferred

Responsibilities

Preparing, drafting, and reviewing commercial contracts and other legal documents, including license agreements, marketing agreements, artist and influencer agreements, service agreements with third-party vendors, and confidentiality agreements
Working with internal clients on contracts and legal documents review
Provide translation on contracts/agreements where necessary
Assist in developing and implementing internal regulatory compliance policies
Assist in developing and maintaining a regulatory library, including research, and keep up-to-date on the regulatory development in relevant areas (such as employment law) and other areas as necessary
Other duties as may be assigned from time to time
