Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and direction within the club and drive club performance, particularly for designated departments (Merchandising, Perishables, or Member Experience)
  • Ensure consistent execution of policies and procedures, positive member service experience, and Grand Opening Look Daily (GOLD) standard club conditions
  • Develop talent and teams through collaboration, coaching, empowerment, continuous learning, and creating opportunities for success
  • Display leadership by fostering trust, promoting open communication, resolving conflicts constructively, and building inclusive relationships
  • Lead audit compliance efforts, drive collaboration with Business Partners (BPs), and oversee onboarding, certification, and training for food safety and operational excellence
  • Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) as needed, taking full responsibility for club operations, team leadership, and member engagement during assigned shifts
  • Teach, coach, and lead team members through training, feedback, and on-the-job coaching to support development
  • Drive a values-based culture promoting strategic thinking, ethical decision-making, and inclusion
  • Create a safe and collaborative team environment
