Valid ServSafe Food Safety Certification (must be maintained in good standing)

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and direction within the club and drive club performance, particularly for directly managed departments (prepares for Merchandising, Perishables, or Member Experience tracks)
Ensure consistent execution of policies and procedures, positive member service experience, Grand Opening Look Daily (GOLD) standard club conditions
Develop talent, display leadership, and deliver results consistently
Lead audit compliance efforts, drive collaboration with Business Partners (BPs), oversee onboarding, certification, and training for food safety and operational excellence
Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) as needed, taking full responsibility for club operations, team leadership, and member engagement during assigned shifts
Know the business: Exhibit strong business acumen through strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making
Lead through change: Model leadership competencies and act as a champion for growth
Communicate effectively: Provide teams with information, direction, and support needed to succeed
