Responsibilities

  • Suportar o desenvolvimento de materiais promocionais dentro do Calendário Editorial: Briefing com as agências e para elaboração de conteúdo, fluxo de aprovação em sistemas J&J e coordenar a disponibilização dos materiais impressos/digitais no prazo definido pelo CVT
  • Suporte CVT na coordenação dos grandes eventos (definição de escopo de eventos, agenda/convite, palestrantes, aulas, etc)
  • Suporte CVT nas construção das Viradas (apresentações, agendas, alinhamentos L&D, etc)
  • Orientação de Ciclo para o time de campo
  • Responsável pelas ações de CVT relacionadas a MM (Suporte na construção do slide deck, materiais de suporte, gestão de speakers e suporte do time de campo e pré-validação de aulas dentro do prazo)
  • Classificação e acompanhamento budget/execução (Brand Expenses)
  • Dar suporte à construção das pesquisas e análises de mercado, auditorias, mapeamento de ações dos concorrentes, mapa
  • Suporte no Desenvolvimento de apresentações para LALT, QBR, BP, L&RFP
  • Liderar reuniões atreladas à execução com áreas parceiras (finanças, eventos, L&D)
  • Gestão das atividades administrativas do produto (contratos de HCPs, Cotas...)
  • Interagir com a Equipe de Vendas suportando o time nas necessidades da marca e do negócio
