Requirements

  • Diplôme Bac +5 en Supply Chain, Logistique, ou domaine équivalent
  • Au moins 6 ans d’expérience en gestion d’actifs, supply chain ou planification
  • Au moins 5 ans d’expérience confirmée en management d’équipe
  • Solides compétences en analyse de données et maîtrise des outils tels que Power BI, Excel, Oracle
  • Capacité à influencer des interlocuteurs de haut niveau (Direction commerciale, financière, BU)
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, leadership et résolution de problèmes

Responsibilities

  • Diriger et développer l’équipe Asset Management France : encadrement, motivation, développement des compétences et gestion de la performance
  • Définir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie de gestion des actifs pour la région, en cohérence avec les objectifs européens
  • Optimiser les stocks et consignations, assurer la disponibilité des équipements et réduire les coûts liés à l’inventaire
  • Collaborer avec les directions commerciales, supply chain et finance pour soutenir les objectifs business et piloter les investissements
  • Suivre et gérer le budget, y compris le ROI, les écritures de stock, les remplacements produits et la conformité (SOX, Finance, Audit)
  • Analyser les données d’inventaire (via Power BI, Excel, Oracle) et présenter les recommandations aux équipes locales et européennes
  • Participer activement aux projets européens d’amélioration continue, d’automatisation et de standardisation des processus
  • Conduire le changement et accompagner la transformation digitale au sein des opérations (reporting, outils de pilotage, process optimisation)
