Requirements

At least 12 years of experience in delivering SAP projects including full lifecycle SAP implementations (Local and Global) consisting of program planning/management, Business Case development, planning and implementation across different phases of Software Engineering process
Minimum 8 years of experience with SAP PM and/or Enterprise Asset Management
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP transformational projects with on- and off-shore resources
Deep understanding of SAP Standards & Best Practices and should be comfortable working with various functional SAP experts and business teams
Experience working in a Managed Service environment
Demonstrates strong leadership skills by effectively managing and guiding team members to achieve project goals
Ability to convey decisions and requirements succinctly and appropriately
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels with external and internal parties
Bachelor’s degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline

Responsibilities

Use your business smarts to kick-start Enterprise Asset Management transformation programs, whether domain- or platform-led
Show clients how they can use SAP EAM/IAM to solve their business problems
Help set the strategy for near-term goals
Work with senior managers at a client and/or at Accenture – and be ready to negotiate or communicate persuasively on key issues
Use your judgment to chart the way forward on critical assignments
Lead large teams and/or projects at a client or at Accenture
Provide coaching and mentorship to foster professional growth, enhance team performance, and build a collaborative and supportive work environment
Encourage continuous learning and development while promoting a culture of accountability and excellence
