Job Description

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will:

  • Provide remote, technical support for Experian clients through Salesforce, email, chat, and phone.
  • Achieve first-time resolution for client-opened cases through analysis, investigation, documentation checks, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, to resolve complex technical issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Participate in and provide input to the design and testing phases of new projects.
  • Document interactions with customers, including troubleshooting steps, solutions provided, current action owner, and follow-up plans.
  • Help create and maintain knowledge base articles through the Knowledge Centered Service methodology.
  • Stay informed about product updates, new features, and industry trends related to the supported products.
  • Undertake other assigned tasks by management.

Requirements

  • Experience:
    • 1-3 Years of Desktop Support, Help-Desk, or IT-related support.
    • 1 year of experience in a contact center environment.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Windows Server/Linux environment.
    • Command Line Interface (CLI).
    • FTP.
    • XML.
    • JSON.
  • Education:
    • BA degree or equivalent experience.
  • Language:
    • English Level B2.
