Requirements

Candidates must include a portfolio of their work, either as a link in their resume or with the application form. The role requires the ability to partner closely with SEO, CRO, Marketing, Communications, Growth, Product Marketing, and Product Design teams. Experience working daily with a web team of designers, developers, CRO/SEO specialists, and external partners is necessary. Familiarity with developing engaging experiences that drive results and continuously improving UX and UI through testing and iteration is essential. The ability to manage and develop a Website Design System with developers and establish systems and processes to streamline web operations is also required.

Responsibilities

The Staff Web Designer will own the website creative vision and help define the roadmap in alignment with web strategy, growth goals, and technical capabilities. They will foster excellence in execution and craft within the web team and collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders across various departments. The role involves developing engaging experiences that drive results, continuously improving UX and UI, and ensuring web projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with brand and business performance goals. Additionally, the designer will manage and develop the Website Design System, maintain consistency across all visual touchpoints with the Brand & Creative team, and translate performa.
