Requirements

  • 5+ years of work experience demonstrating impeccable craft and command of creative concepts, visual concepts, art direction, and design across a variety of projects with emphasis on digital but working knowledge of print
  • Ability to take projects from concept to completion, translating strategic thinking into compelling, creative ideas
  • Understand how to work on a range of designs within brand guidelines
  • Deep knowledge & production experience with integrated, digital, and print campaigns
  • Strong understanding and general skills around motion graphics and video
  • Proven success working in small and large, collaborative multi-functional teams across time zones and technologies
  • Experience collaborating in multicultural and global team environments (advantageous)
  • Able to effectively understand and execute against specific brand guidelines
  • Excellent Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) skills as well as Sketch and Figma; AE and PremierePro experience a bonus
  • Passion for and inquisitive about AI and new technologies
  • Understanding and knowledge of AI tools (beneficial)
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong digital and print creative creation skills

Responsibilities

  • Directing, reviewing, and executing digital and print work, including corporate websites, campaigns, newsletters, email flyers, e-Learning modules, banner images, graphics, posters, flyers, brochures, signage, event/campaign collateral, and communications related to major holidays
  • Responsible for correct application of brand guidelines
  • Responsibility for the full design lifecycle from concept to execution
  • Pitching creative solutions in response to marketing strategies to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Overseeing and managing the preparation of all finished files that comply with Brand Guidelines and output specifications
  • Creatively leading (and sometimes pushing) clients and the agency to achieve solutions that positively impact the client’s business, of which both client and agency are proud
  • Working closely with stakeholders as part of a team designing and producing a variety of materials for digital and print
  • Providing new ideas and creativity while adhering to stakeholder’s brand guidelines and taking projects from creative brief to completion
