Requirements

The Art Director for Events & Activations should have a strong portfolio demonstrating experience in leading visual and experiential direction for event programs. They need to be a hands-on creative capable of crafting bold ideas and executing them, with an understanding of storytelling through space, interaction, and environment. Collaboration with internal teams and external partners is essential, along with experience in developing creative concepts, providing art direction, overseeing content creation, and championing experiential innovation across various formats including IRL, virtual, and hybrid.

Responsibilities

This role is responsible for elevating Deel's brand presence across all event stages, spaces, and surfaces, from high-impact brand activations to strategic SKO experiences and global field marketing. The Art Director will own the visual and experiential direction of event programs, partner with internal and external teams to create immersive and memorable brand experiences, and lead the development of original event concepts and themes. They will provide visual direction to creatives and production partners, oversee the creation of all event creative assets (signage, spatial design, motion, video, interactive elements, swag), and champion creative experimentation with new technologies for enhanced engagement.
