Requirements

Candidates should possess 8+ years of design experience within a large brand or agency, along with 1-3 years of experience managing and leading designers. A strong branding and graphic design background is required, and proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant design software is essential, with After Effects being a plus.

Responsibilities

As the Art Director, Brand Creative, you will lead and own design projects from start to finish, overseeing direct reports and their progress. You will design functional and beautiful creative work to enhance the brand, interpret strategic needs into design solutions for marketing campaigns across various channels, manage and mentor a team of designers, collaborate with cross-functional partners, pitch creative concepts effectively, contribute to and improve the design culture, exemplify design excellence, and stay updated on industry trends. You will also play a pivotal role in crafting and refining design vision and strategy across the organization.
