They must be proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & After Effects), and possess strong typography, layout, and color theory skills. Furthermore, they should be highly organized, able to multitask effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment while maintaining high-quality brand standards.
This Sr. Graphic Designer will create a best-in-class consumer experience for the Quince customer across paid social channels such as TikTok, Pinterest, and Instagram, developing and executing smart, creative solutions while maintaining design identity aesthetics. They will ensure all output is of the highest quality, reflecting the Quince brand standards, manage multiple projects from start to finish, collaborate with various teams to bring campaigns to life, and fuse elevated storytelling with best-in-class digital commerce.
