Responsibilities

The Specialized Education Teacher will provide remote special education support to students, including compensatory education services. Responsibilities include developing and implementing individualized lesson plans to improve reading and writing skills, creating and managing IEPs, and providing case management. The role involves collaborating with families to schedule and tailor services, conducting screenings, progress monitoring, and outcomes assessments, and educating families on learning support strategies. Maintaining accurate session documentation in line with company policies is also a key duty.
