Requirements

Candidates must possess an active LCSW, LICSW, or equivalent independent state license and have at least 1 year of demonstrated psychotherapy experience using evidence-based treatment. A minimum of 1 year of experience with documenting and treatment planning within an EMR is required, along with access to a computer, webcam, reliable internet, and a private workspace. Bilingual skills in Spanish or Chinese and prior telehealth experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

The Mental Health Therapist will provide evidence-based therapeutic treatment and a range of mental health services primarily through telehealth. This includes conducting intakes, individual, group, and family therapy sessions, performing mental health assessments, and offering counseling, referrals, and intervention services. Additionally, therapists are responsible for completing and maintaining accurate documentation in accordance with federal, state, and company guidelines.
