Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4 years of experience in the medical services industry; OR military education program (equivalent) and a minimum of 4 years of experience in the medical services industry; OR an Associate’s degree and a minimum of 6 years of experience in the medical services industry; OR a High School Diploma
  • Ability to reside in the service area

Responsibilities

  • Act as the single point of contact to the customer for timely and satisfactory resolution of concerns
  • Establish and maintain contact to provide on-going technical and business support to assigned customers
  • Responsible for departmental operations planning/execution or focused execution of professional activities within a technical discipline
  • Manage all resources and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers' site/property
  • Lead a team of field engineers, including hiring and development
  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and analytical thinking to execute policy/strategy
  • Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience
  • May lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements
  • Convey performance expectations and handle sensitive issues
