Responsibilities

  • Lead the team of Sales Specialists in the regional German market (Berlin, Hannover, Siegen, Dresden)
  • Responsible for sales of innovative cardiology product for oHCM in clinics and practices
  • Create deep team understanding of the market, customers, and patient flows from target clinics and practices
  • Develop regional sales strategy to drive business performance in cardiomyopathy and CV portfolio
  • Develop specific strategies for the German account landscape in networking clinics and practices
  • Ensure information of relevant stakeholders in clinics and steer patient flow in close collaboration with cross-functions (Marketing, Medical, Access)
  • Recruit sales talents to build a high-performing team
  • Foster trusting collaboration, actively lead and develop employee skills
  • Monitor account plans for relevant target accounts and practices
  • As member of CV Cardiomyopathy Leadership Team, ensure alignment within the Business Unit for optimal customer experience and adapt go-to-market model for cardiomyopathy market
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and internal functions to continuously optimize sales activities and drive innovation within legal and compliance guidelines
