Candidates need a Doctor of Medicine (M.D. or equivalent), minimum 7 years of post-training experience in Laboratory Medicine or 5 years in Transfusion Medicine, fluency in English, proven strategic execution capabilities, strong leadership experience, and deep understanding of APAC and global regulatory environments.
You will lead and manage the APAC Medical Affairs team, reporting to the Sr. Director, Global Medical Affairs, Transfusion Medicine.
Strong candidates will have a Doctor of Medicine, significant experience in Laboratory or Transfusion Medicine, leadership of high-performing teams, strategic execution in complex organizations, and deep knowledge of regulatory environments and clinical research in APAC.
