Requirements

Ability to travel within respective territory (West), to national and regional meetings, and headquarters as needed
Expertise in representing and considering the unique role of Community Oncology within the US healthcare system
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including USMA SEC, US Market Access, USMA PAQ, MAR, US Public Affairs, US Government Affairs, Clinical Development, Clinical Operations, RWE, Scientific Communications/Publications, Commercial, Medical Governance, Legal, Compliance, and field-based medical and commercial teams
Remote work capability with leadership in people management and culture development

Responsibilities

Support the development (in collaboration with the CCC Lead) of strategies and implementation plans to define and address education, research, and Medical Affairs insights and data generation needs within US Community Oncology practices
Prepare presentation materials and present scientific data at internal meetings and external advisory boards
Co-create a RWE generation plan in conjunction with key US Community Oncology practices and initiate key RWE studies to support the use of Trodelvy in breast cancer with the potential to expand to other molecules, indications, and disease areas
Provide medical and scientific leadership and support at key scientific meetings (including society engagement) with US HCPs and patients, with a focus on Community Oncology practices
Serve as an educational resource and trainer to Gilead colleagues, including the US Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) / Medical Key Account Liaisons (MKALs), including medical educational activities, grants
Co-develop the Community Oncology strategy and lead CCC efforts in the territory
Support cross-functional field matrix teams
