Responsibilities

Work with project manager and business analyst to deliver end-to-end solution for assigned projects
Lead communications with Regional/Lead Architect to attain approval for project final solution, employing regional reference architecture, Interfacing Technology standards, Infrastructure environment, broad Integration Strategy, and Business Strategies
Develop and/or review high-level designs around integration to deliver business solutions
Serve as the primary designer of the solution architecture required to support assigned IT projects
Work closely with Regional/Lead Architect to define shared components in the end-to-end solution and support transition from shared system components to shared service operation
Analyze pain points and bottlenecks, understand volumetrics, SLA, and benchmarks for performance improvement of business applications
Conceptualize solutions to improve performance, design solution proposals or feasibility (including proof-of-concepts), provide low-level design
Lead development by performing reviews and resolving technical issues or challenges
Assist in defining performance exit criteria, verify results of improvements, and iterate enhancements as necessary
Lead the design of modernization across technical architecture layers, aligning to future/to-be architecture
Design decoupled architecture by separating UI/Presentation from business process
Design integration with other strategic systems using OpenAPI
Design transformation of business functions as exposed business services (as OpenAPI) as necessary
Lead the design of architecture, services, and components; review and sign-off designs
Lead and coordinate implementation of the solution and integration
Support end-to-end SIT and UAT
Follow tasks assigned by PM; fix issues found with vendor team and BU SMEs
Support PM to define production support team structure
Provide full set of documents (BRD, solution, design, etc.) to production team via PM
Lead data integration operation manual and procedures with vendor and BU SME, and provide to production support team via PM
Lead transition toward future-state architecture integrating with modern Policy Administration System (PAS)
Shift policy administration functions from agency sales system into PAS
Simplify and modernize front-end interface
Enable rapid product launches and updates
Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to define and execute architectural improvements, supporting streamlined agency operations, reduced complexity, and business agility
