Requirements

Responsibilities

The Senior Product Designer will partner closely with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and the Lead Product Designer to solve challenging problems in the insurance space. They will lead the design of scalable, intuitive user experiences for providers and clients related to insurance claims and coverage. The role involves applying service design and systems thinking to improve workflows, driving research activities to understand user needs, and sharing ideas through sketches, wireframes, and prototypes. Collaboration with cross-functional teams like Ops, Product Marketing, and Analytics is expected, as is contributing to the design system and best practices.
