Requirements

Proven experience in document control or a similar role
Experience in Architecture Design/Construction industry is preferred
Familiarity with project management methodologies
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Procore
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Bilingual (fluent) in Japanese and English, required
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field AND 1-3 years of architectural experience including use of CAD technology. Masters degree in Architecture or related field preferred

Responsibilities

Assist preparing the marketing presentation documents
Assist updating past project information and Atlanta office brochure
Organize and maintain past proposal binders
Assist Revit/AutoCad related tasks as needed (drawing, 3D, etc.)
Assist design presentation work (including study model, rendering, etc.)
Assist interior design tasks (including furniture selection, etc.)
Organize and maintain design library
Assist initiate bid document preparations with the Business Development team
