Requirements

  • Proven experience in document control or a similar role
  • Experience in Architecture Design/Construction industry is preferred
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Procore
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Bilingual (fluent) in Japanese and English, required
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field AND 1-3 years of architectural experience including use of CAD technology. Masters degree in Architecture or related field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assist preparing the marketing presentation documents
  • Assist updating past project information and Atlanta office brochure
  • Organize and maintain past proposal binders
  • Assist Revit/AutoCad related tasks as needed (drawing, 3D, etc.)
  • Assist design presentation work (including study model, rendering, etc.)
  • Assist interior design tasks (including furniture selection, etc.)
  • Organize and maintain design library
  • Assist initiate bid document preparations with the Business Development team
