Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, or equivalent years of experience, along with 2-3 years of relevant work experience in accounts receivable. Strong negotiation skills, the ability to read and interpret contracts, and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required, as well as experience working on a global team and flexibility to participate in meetings across various time zones.
The A/R Analyst will monitor and manage assigned customer accounts to ensure timely collection of receivables, engage in direct communication with customers to resolve outstanding balances, escalate critical collections issues, prepare concise reports for the finance department including accounts receivable aging reports and delinquency analyses, collaborate effectively with executive-level stakeholders to provide insights into receivables status, and conduct regular reconciliations of accounts receivable ledgers. They will also maintain accurate records of all collection activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and improve overall receivables performance.
