  • Contract Duration: Approximately June 2, 2025, to December 30, 2025
  • Hours: 35-40 hours per week

This role is for an Analyst to join the Revenue Operations Analyst team, supporting the sales team with day-to-day requests from prospects, primarily in the form of RFPs and security questionnaires. It offers the opportunity to collaborate across departments and is a strong foundation for those new to or experienced in SaaS Tech companies.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, think creatively, and build scalable processes.
  • Ability to commit 35-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) by answering questions, analyzing and summarizing costs, and providing additional information as requested.
  • Collaborate with departments such as sales, finance, legal, product, engineering, implementation, and marketing to manage business workflow and sales processes.
  • Learn to use Responsive software for importing security questionnaires and may assist in simple questionnaire completion.
  • Update the proposal system with pricing, proposal status, pertinent dates, and tracking information.
  • May actively work on or facilitate projects and initiatives led by the Revenue Operations team.
