Requirements

Candidates are required to have 3+ years of experience in SQL and MongoDB, 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role with a focus on payer data or healthcare data, 3+ years of experience with data analysis, data integration, and database management, 3+ years of experience with data visualization tools and techniques, experience analyzing large datasets and extracting meaningful insights, and presenting complex data and findings concisely. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field is also required, along with experience with data integration tools or platforms and knowledge of data warehousing concepts.

Responsibilities

The Technical Data Analyst will report to Experian Health and support stakeholder reporting, centralize Key Performance Indicators with the SRE team, optimize queries, and identify dependencies for the AWS database migration. They will work with partners to address their reporting requirements, collaborate with the SRE team to centralize KPIs, help with query optimization, research and identify dependencies to support database migration to AWS, write and implement complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data, perform data retrieval and manipulation using MongoDB queries, produce detailed and actionable reports based on data analysis and query results, present findings and insights to partners, troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues, and work with other team members and departments to understand data needs and provide analytical support.
