Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related quantitative field, and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Revenue Accounting with application of ASC 606 in a fast-paced environment. Strong intermediate to advanced Excel skills are required, along with familiarity with financial systems such as NetSuite and RevPro, and experience in the Software and/or SaaS industry is a plus.
The Senior Revenue/AR Accountant will actively assist in processing and reporting revenue transactions, handle billing reconciliations for contracts and related systems, contribute to process improvements, maintain manual revenue waterfall documentation, and support the automation process in revenue accounting. They will prepare deal checklists in accordance with ASC 606 and company policies, prepare manual revenue waterfalls, collaborate with teams to automate processes, participate in monthly revenue close procedures, consult with business partners to improve quote-to-cash processes, and perform revenue system UAT to validate data and reports.
