Responsibilities

Pflegen eines proaktiven, engen Kontakts zu Kunden im Privatlabor oder Krankenhaus und als erster Ansprechpartner für applikative, anwendungspezifische Fragen
Vor-Ort-Kundensupport in der Anwendung von Produkten, Hilfestellung bei Anpassung und Einstellung von Protokollen an spezifische Kundenanfragen
Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung von Kundenschulungen bei Demostellungen und Installationen
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Verkauf und Service, Unterstützung bei Kundenberatung (z. B. bei Geräteneubeschaffungen) und Planung von Initiativen zur Erreichung strategischer und taktischer Geschäftsziele
Schaffen von Visibilität des Produktportfolios durch aktive Produktinformation, Teststellungen von Reagenzien und Verbrauchsmaterialien während Kundenbesuchen zur Ausbau des Marktanteils
