Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in Enterprise Network Operations
15 years full time education
Mandatory Basic Networking skills: Routing & Switching (CCNA, JNCIA equivalent)
Must to Have Skills (Minimum 1 or more L10 and below, Minimum 2 or more for L9 and above): Cisco FTD, Juniper SRX, PaloAlto, Fortinet
Proficiency in network security Implementation and Operations
Experience in designing and deployment of SDWAN network
Strong understanding of network security principles and operations
Experience in implementing and managing network security solutions
Knowledge of firewall technologies and malware detection systems
Familiarity with network protocols and network security best practices
Knowledge of ITIL framework for service management
Hands-on Experience with security monitoring tools
Flexible to work in 24x7 rotational shifts, including weekends
Excellent communication skills
Location: Bengaluru office

Responsibilities

Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application
Use exceptional communication skills to keep world-class systems running
Accurately define client issues and interpret and design resolutions based on deep product knowledge
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform, and be responsible for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
Provide solutions to problems for immediate team and across multiple teams
Collaborate with clients to understand their issues and provide effective resolutions
Interpret client issues and design appropriate solutions based on deep product knowledge
Ensure smooth system operations by monitoring and resolving any technical issues
Maintain a high level of communication with clients to keep them informed about the progress of their issues
