Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience (minimum 5 years in Microsoft Windows Server Administration; 2+ years for L1 and 5+ years for L2 preferable)
15 years full-time education
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server Administration (must-have)
Strong understanding of server configuration and management
Experience with troubleshooting and resolving server-related issues
Familiarity with backup and recovery solutions for Windows Server environments
Knowledge of network protocols and security best practices
Good experience in Windows Server Patching
Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory Services (DNS, DHCP, Site and Services)
Knowledge of Hyper-V servers and managing Hyper-V with all features enabled
Troubleshooting issues related to performance on Windows Operating Systems, Hyper-V, hardware issues
Experience in Datacenter Management and PowerShell scripting
Open to 24/7 rotational shifts
Good verbal and written communication skills
Expected to be a Senior Engineer
Certifications: MCP/MCSE/MCSA/AZ-104 (any one preferable)
Good to have: Experience in ServiceNow Incident and Change modules with ITIL knowledge; Knowledge of Microsoft Azure; Knowledge on Backup (optional)

Collaborate with different teams to troubleshoot problems and ensure systems operate smoothly and efficiently
Contribute to maintaining high service standards and responsiveness to user needs
Engage in problem-solving activities, analyze system performance, and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency
Foster a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
Collaborate and manage the team to perform
Responsible for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
Provide solutions to problems for immediate team and across multiple teams
Facilitate training sessions for junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement
