The Application Scientist will conduct product demonstrations for customers, showcasing instrument and software usage and functionality. They will provide virtual or onsite product training, resolve customer issues and complaints, deliver technical presentations, and work cross-functionally with marketing and sales teams. Additionally, the role involves staying informed about scientific literature, providing technical support and counsel, and identifying improvement opportunities, while also managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines, potentially requiring up to 75% travel.
