Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP CO Management Accounting
Proficiency in SAP CO Management Accounting, S4H Asset Management (AM), S4H Project Systems (PS), S4H Real Estate Management (RE-FX)
Educational Qualification: BTech or MTech or MCA with IT or CSE or EEE or ECE
15 years full time education
Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and provide insights
Experience in application design and configuration
Ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively
Familiarity with project management methodologies

Responsibilities

Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications
Act as the primary point of contact
Collaborate with various teams to ensure application requirements are met
Oversee the development process and provide guidance to team members
Engage in problem-solving activities to align applications with business objectives and user needs
Be an SME (Subject Matter Expert)
Collaborate and manage the team to perform
Be responsible for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
Provide solutions to problems for immediate team and across multiple teams
Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities
Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones
Maintain focus on quality and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle
