Responsibilities

The Application Engineer will lead the application of industrial products to solve customer problems and drive technology penetration for Mexican customers, supporting Biopharmaceutical and Drinking Water business units. Responsibilities include supporting new product introductions, monitoring performance, responding to technical inquiries from customers, sales, and marketing teams, setting up evaluation trials and writing reports, investigating quality complaints, and collaborating with technical experts. The role requires travel across Mexico, the US, and Latin America.
