  • As a Subject Matter Expert, identify strategies, alternatives, approaches, risks, and mitigations to find the best solutions to meet the client's talent and performance needs
  • Lead all talent and performance delivery assurance reviews to ensure compliance
  • Mentor functional analysts interested in leading a talent and performance implementation to help them develop
