Requirements

Candidates should possess a proven track record of success as a Salesforce Administrator with at least 5 years of experience, along with an understanding of building high-quality, maintainable, and scalable tools or applications. They must also be comfortable communicating about their work with both technical and non-technical team members, including engineers, product managers, designers, analysts, and end users. Experience supporting Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud is expected, as well as familiarity with other technology platforms and tools such as CRMs, contact centers, analytics tools, contract tools, and survey tools.

Responsibilities

As an Application Administrator, you will own the configuration and optimization of Salesforce to support Sales, Partnerships, and cross-functional go-to-market teams, designing and improving workflows related to lead/opportunity management, forecasting, campaign targeting (Genesys), and partner enablement. You will build and launch pilots or MVPs in fast-moving environments, partner with teams like Business Operations, Product, and Data Science to translate business needs into scalable solutions, administer and support a broader tech stack including Pardot, Workato, Ironclad, Datagroomr, Observe.AI, and conversational AI platforms, and collaborate with Product and Engineering on backend systems and integrations to support third-party partnerships and experiments.
