Oversee the apparel department
Ensure highest level of customer service and drive sales
Manage inventory, including overseeing levels, conducting regular stock checks, coordinating with Club Leadership for product availability, organizing backstock for replenishment, and managing clearance, salvage, and markdown execution
Merchandising and executing seasonal strategies to meet financial goals
Provide exceptional customer service: GAA (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate), greet/assist members, answer questions, ensure positive shopping experience
Resolve and deescalate member concerns
Deliver GOLD club standards daily: all items stocked, promotional plans executed, visible accurate signage, clean and organized (inside and out), Grand Opening Look daily
Support business performance and enhance Member experience (no direct supervisory responsibilities)
