Responsibilities
Oversee the apparel department to ensure the highest level of customer service and drive sales
Manage inventory, including overseeing levels, conducting regular stock checks, coordinating with Club Leadership for product availability, organizing backstock, and executing clearance, salvage, and markdowns via My Work to meet sell-through goals
Handle merchandising by implementing and maintaining planograms and visual merchandising Gold Standards, ensuring displays are attractive, organized, and stocked, and following guidance, playbooks, and planograms for prominent locations
Execute seasonal strategies to meet financial goals
Provide exceptional customer service using GAA (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate) by greeting and assisting members, answering questions, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
Support business performance and enhance the Member experience
Carry out job functions as assigned and support club policies, procedures, and compliance
Deliver GOLD Club Standards daily, including Grand Opening Look, all items stocked, promotional plans executed, visible accurate signage, and clean/organized environment inside and out
Resolve and deescalate member concerns to ensure a safe and positive experience
Work as a team to deliver GOLD Member Standards and club standards with commitment and pride
