Candidates should be 4th year bachelor students, 5th year specialist students, any year master and PhD students, or recent graduates up to 2 years after graduation, with an entrepreneurial mentality, curiosity for understanding shopper behavior, and excellent analytical skills and critical thinking. They must also possess a good command of English at the Upper-Intermediate/B2 level and be ready for a full-time work schedule.
The Analytics & Insights Intern will co-lead market research including competitive analysis to discover local consumer insights, cooperate with internal sales employees to understand the local market and retail dynamics, refresh e-content based on gained consumer insights, act as an advisor to internal stakeholders across marketing, sales, and supply functions, support knowledge sharing by improving accessibility of key insights via Power BI, upskill in various analytical methodologies, and understand the whole cycle of marketing process.
