Requirements

Candidates should possess a degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field, and experience as a TI functional analyst or in a similar role with an interest in application development, including experience in user acceptance testing (UAT), functional testing, or regression testing for updates or changes, and with sales and project management platforms such as CPQ, CRM, and project management software. Knowledge of no-code/low-code solutions (e.g., Appsheet, Mongoose) and scripting (e.g., JS, Google Apps Script) is required.

Responsibilities

The Analyste fonctionnel(le) TI will participate in projects of significant scope and contribute to the company's digital transformation by joining one of the application development teams. They will monitor and interpret changes in employment legislation across North America and develop HR policies to ensure compliance. They will conduct audits, deliver training, and advise management on HR-related risk mitigation strategies. They will also work with teams to implement and maintain software solutions, ensuring they meet business needs and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
