Role Overview

The Senior Financial Analyst will report to the France Financial Director and provide financial leadership and analytical support to drive the financial performance of the French EA & IHS (Enterprise Accounts & Integrated Healthcare Solutions) organization. This role includes responsibilities for ensuring/maintaining a strong data control environment, creating/analyzing financial performance, leading reporting and analytics transformation, and establishing partnerships across the organization (OU and Function Finance). This is a hybrid role, based in Paris with the requirement to travel to the office once a week/or more as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Support financial reporting/close processes, planning and analytics activities for EA/IHS
  • Provide accurate and clear financial results and financial comparisons at the end of each quarter
  • Understand EA/OU and IHS performance, prepare and present monthly analysis, commentary, and forecasts, focusing on key drivers, KPIs, risks, and opportunities for Finance leadership and business partners.
  • Partner with EA SAM leadership to develop the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Rolling Forecasts (RF)
  • Collaborate with EA (EMEA) financial business partners during financial forecasting and planning processes (RF, LBE, AOP, etc.), including system loading, (Revenue, Margins, and Expenses)
  • Create, develop, and implement data, models, and dashboards, which integrate data from multiple sources, to derive key insights
  • Analyze data using statistical methods to identify trends, patterns, and correlations, identifying opportunities for performance improvement or root causes of underperformance

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting with at least 5 years of relevant experience, including Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)
  • Good command of English (written and spoken) is essential; Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Proven ability to operate within complex organizations and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Advanced Excel and data modeling skills; proficiency in financial systems (e.g., SAP, Hyperion, Anaplan) and data visualization tools such as Power BI
  • Solid analytical skills to identify trends and translate data into clear insights, visuals, and reports
  • Highly organized, driven, results-oriented, and constantly seeking process improvement and innovation
  • Industry experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare is a plus
