Responsibilities

The Senior Financial Analyst will provide financial leadership and analytical support for Medtronic's French EA & IHS organization, reporting to the France Finance Manager. Key responsibilities include supporting financial reporting and closing processes, conducting financial planning and analysis for EA/IHS, and delivering accurate financial results and comparisons. The role involves understanding EA/OU and IHS performance, preparing monthly analyses, commentary, and forecasts, and partnering with EA/IHS SAM leaders to develop the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and rolling forecasts. Collaboration with EA (EMEA) financial business partners during forecasting and planning processes is expected. Additionally, the analyst will create, develop, and implement data models and dashboards, analyze data using statistical methods to identify trends and performance drivers, and identify opportunities for performance improvement.
