Ability to perform microbiological or chemical analyses on raw materials, packaging components, intermediates, bulk products, finished products, environmental controls, and cleaning validation
Proficiency in established analytical methods and procedures
Skills in proper documentation practices and comparing results to specifications
Capability to meet established deadlines for analyses
Participation in continuous improvement activities (OE) and environment, health, and safety (ESS)
Involvement in method development and validation
Ability to conduct sampling of sites according to environmental monitoring programs and services

Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with quality rules by following BPF regulations, corporate policies, and conformity standards during operations
Perform microbiological or chemical analyses on samples of raw materials, packaging components, intermediates, bulk products, finished products, environmental controls, and cleaning validation within established deadlines, using methods and procedures in place, and in accordance with BPF
Compare obtained results to specifications and document them using good documentation practices
Participate in continuous improvement activities (OE) and environment, health, and safety (ESS)
Contribute to the development and validation of analytical methods
Conduct sampling of sites according to the environmental monitoring program and established services
Perform analyses as required
