Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field, along with a minimum of three years of experience in operations analysis or a similar role. Responsibilities

The Operations Analyst Systems will provide support to Tyson end users by resolving software and hardware issues across various platforms, including desktop, plant, and floor systems. They will perform software/hardware installation, configuration, and maintenance, while also assisting in the rollout of new software implementations and potentially leading EUS projects. This role involves assessing problems, providing training, documenting solutions, and maintaining software asset inventory records, all while fostering strong working partnerships within Tyson IS and the business community.
