Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, and a minimum of one year of experience in analysis, engineering, or technical system testing is desired. They should demonstrate the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy, and possess basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, SQL, Windows, Linux, PowerShell, or Python is a plus, along with desired robotic automation experience.

Responsibilities

The Automation Video Analyst will investigate and analyze video data to identify the largest losses in the automation system, determine the root causes of identified losses, and provide insights and recommendations for system enhancements to minimize future losses. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to collaboratively address and mitigate identified losses, maintain detailed records of loss analyses, and lead system performance analysis to improve system rate and availability. Additionally, the analyst will identify and document system defects, communicate and collaborate with technical and development teams to develop system defect solutions, and enter and update tickets via Jira, stakeholders via email threads, or commentary on Confluence.
