Requirements

The job requires 0-2 years of industry experience, a university graduate in Marketing, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or an equivalent discipline, and a curious nature with the ability to build stories based on data to answer business questions. Candidates must also possess knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets/Slides, as well as excellent command of both written and spoken English and be digitally savvy, with a fast learning ability.

Responsibilities

As an Analyst, the individual will act as an industry insights category expert, supporting clients with informed business decisions through delivery of analysis and insights on their categories using NIQ data and tools, following NIQ standards and Service Model. They will develop efficient use of proprietary NIQ tools and metrics to solve clients’ business questions, develop a good understanding of clients’ businesses and needs, simplify/visualize data and translate numbers into a compelling story for clients, prepare ad-hoc analysis, lead generation by identifying revenue leads and bringing awareness to roadblocks, develop category performance overview analysis and business issue analysis, ensure client briefing is received as per the briefing form, ask questions to clients to probe and understand the real issue, start contributing to Thought Leadership Projects, and explain CPS facts and fundamentals to clients accurately and confidently using Discover to generate and present CPS Insights, decrypt consumer and shopper KPIs into everyday, customer centric language.
