Responsibilities

  • Identify potential risks for successful completion of small to medium complexity projects
  • Define goals, deliverables, and schedules for managing small to medium complexity projects in line with strategic objectives
  • Create accountability matrix for the project under guidance
  • Develop business cases and recommendations for technology vertical
  • Own delivery of project activity and tasks assigned by others
  • Manage technology related process updates and changes
  • Demonstrate functional knowledge of the specific business unit domain
  • Monitor and evaluate project progress against approved milestones and timelines
  • Lead cross functional and/or pillar coordination meetings under guidance to review schedule progress, health issues, risks, and key dependencies
  • Provide recommendations to bring program health on track in case of adversity
  • Support the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs
  • Provide and support the implementation of business solutions by identifying business needs, determining and carrying out processes and practices, monitoring progress, recognizing improvement opportunities, and adapting to changes
  • Model compliance with company policies and procedures and support company mission, values, and standards
  • Demonstrate and encourage respect for others, drive positive associate and customer experiences, embrace differences, and support a culture of belonging
